Like many families, yours probably has two sets of family photos.  The first is a collection of photos on your computer's hard drive that has been expanding over the past 15 or so years since you bought your first digital camera or smartphone.  The second is a grand collection of paper photos and or slides in shoe boxes and albums that are stored in various drawers or closets and haven't been seen in years.

 Why not consider making the investment to digitally convert your precious family photos so that you can enjoy and have ready access to ALL those precious memories in one place!  Having digital copies will allow you to post, email, make reprints, create memory books, and more. And not only will your photos be safe from any further aging and loss,  you will be able to consolidate them with the recent ones you have taken from your digital camera and phone.

There are several large companies that provide this same service.  Here are some reasons to go with mine...

I will provide basic enhancements (red eye, cropping, color, etc.)  at no extra cost.  The larger companies will  scan your photos but leave it at that.

With my service, you are handing your treasures off to me personally.  With the major players, you are taking a risk having your items shipped twice to get the job done.

At no extra cost, I provide a scan of the back of your snapshots too!  This captures the precious hand written notes and date stamps that add to the story of that picture. 

These items tend to end up in the family memories too.  These can be scanned just like photos.

The large national companies naturally have higher marketing and operating costs.  They usually run discounts of 25% to 50% off, but even with those discounts, their average cost per photo may run anywhere from  .48 to .82 cents each (per 1000 photos).  My cost per image is .35 cents.  (Prices stated as of May 2025)
